3. Fares

(i)

Economy Fares must be booked 48 hrs in advance of travel, no refunds. Amendments will be charged an administration fee of £20 (132) on each occasion the booking is amended.

(ii)

Flexible Fares can be booked up to day of departure, refunds are available. There are no amendments fees. Change in the route, date, time, any difference in fare or cost of extra items will be charged accordingly.

(iii)

All fares offered by P&O Irish Sea are available only to residents of the country in which they are issued.

(iv)

You are not entitled to any refund as a result of currency fluctuations between the date our fares were published and the date of your departure.

(v)

The following are excluded from Tourist Fares:

(a)	All vehicles carrying commercial goods or involved in a commercial venture.
(b)	All vehicles constructed for the carriage of commercial goods over 6.0m long.
(c)	All vehicles constructed for the carriage of commercial goods over 1.80m high.
(d)	All vehicles designed for commercial use towing a trailer, where the combined length exceeds 12.5m.
(e)	All vehicles designed for commercial use transporting vehicles for sporting events.

(vi)

Senior Citizen fares are available on production of proof of entitlement for over 60’s.

(vii)

Children under the age of 4 may travel free of charge but must be included as passengers when you make your booking.

(viii)

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, whilst children of 16-17 may travel unaccompanied only with written authority from a parent or guardian to do so. The absence of such authority will lead to the refusal of embarkation.

(ix)

In order to maintain our high standards of service and to assist with staff training, telephone calls are monitored and may be recorded as specified by Oftel.

(x)

Once we have obtained your permission, we may from time to time pass your name and address to other companies who we believe offer products which you may be interested in.
